




Carry out home-based collection activities for the various financial products offered by Grupo Coppel, supporting a healthy portfolio through effective portfolio recovery management, delivery of account statements, and confirmation of customer information, providing comprehensive and continuous support. Identify, within the assigned area, customers with overdue accounts in order to provide timely follow-up, establish payment agreements, and/or receive payments to bring accounts current. * Timely deliver account statements, promotions, and the Coppel newspaper to customers, as well as guidance based on expressed needs, thereby increasing satisfaction with Grupo's services. * Promote Coppel Credit by inviting individuals to apply for credit, thus expanding Grupo Coppel's customer portfolio.
