The group consists of three business units: **Coppel Stores, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel.** **Position Objective:** Carry out field collection activities for the various financial products offered by Grupo Coppel, supporting the maintenance of a healthy portfolio through effective account recovery management, delivery of account statements, and confirmation of customer information, providing comprehensive and consistent support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify, within their assigned area, customers with overdue accounts, aiming to provide timely follow-up, arrange payment agreements, and/or receive payments to bring accounts current. * Verify the address and personal details of each customer applying for credit for any of the group's financial services, ensuring data accuracy to enable better credit analysis and application responses. * Deliver account statements, promotions, and the Coppel newspaper to customers in a timely manner, thereby increasing customer satisfaction with group services. * Submit collected payments and/or payment agreements made with customers. * Promote Coppel Credit by inviting individuals to apply for credit, thereby expanding the group's customer portfolio. **Required Profile:** * Interest in fieldwork. * Strong communication skills. **Available Positions in:** * Tlalpan * Coyoacán Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: Starting at $9,700.00 per month Benefits: * Educational assistance * Salary increases * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Flexible schedules * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site position
