The role of the Collections Supervisor is to visit clients at their homes in order to inform them of the status of their credit, persuade them to fulfill their payment commitments, and encourage them to continue purchasing from Grupo Coppel companies. The supervisor must promote client digitalization and the company’s omnichannel services so that clients can make purchases or payments, and must also promote Grupo Coppel’s credit offerings to increase the number of clients.
