WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! **Business Analyst** Key responsibilities: Documentation and modeling of business processes ('As-Is' and 'To-Be'). Requirements: Documentation and modeling of business processes ('As-Is' and 'To-Be') using industry standards (e.g., BPMN). Experience in gap analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Leadership of workshops for requirements elicitation and process validation. Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Desirable experience in SQL queries for process data validation and analysis. **Work arrangement:** Remote. **Location:** Mexico City.
