Focused on attracting and retaining the most talented people. **SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:** * · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. * · **5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure** analysis and support. * · **Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components,** including **servers,** networks, M365, virtualization, and storage systems. * · **Solid experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper\-V, and in managing SSL/TLS certificates.** * · Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. * · Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues. * · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams. * · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * · Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with experience in the ITIL framework and best practices. * · Location **Cuajimalpa (hybrid work)**. * · Conversational **English** required. * · Valid U.S. visa required. * · Apply with an **updated resume** to be considered in the process. **OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:** To analyze, design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure systems, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and efficient. The role focuses on providing advanced technical support to end\-users, troubleshooting infrastructure issues both onsite at plants/offices and remotely as needed. It also contributes to the planning and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades, while overseeing capacity planning, configuration, installation, and daily operations related to Windows OS, servers, Active Directory, M365, identity and access management, and virtualization solutions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * · **Design and implement IT infrastructure systems and services related to Windows OS and server applications, Active Directory, ADFS, identity Access Management, M365 services for identity and access.** * · **Optimization and performance tuning of IT infrastructure systems and services.** * · **Strategic planning and road mapping on physical servers and web certificate lifecycle management, including renewals and deployments**. * · **Ensure system and server security compliance** with policies and regulations by keeping infrastructure up to date. * · **Provide advanced technical support** to end\-users and participate in on\-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure systems and services. * · Lead IT infrastructure projects and initiatives. * · Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure systems and services. * · Ability to travel up to 25% when required for onsite support and installations. **POSITION OFFER:** As a family\-owned business, taking care of our associates is a top priority.
