





**Main Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Management:** * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inputs entering and leaving the warehouse. * Conduct cycle counts and periodic reconciliations between physical inventory and system or manual logs. * Control minimum and maximum stock levels. \* * **Receiving and Storage:** * Verify conditions, quantities, and quality of received products. * Label, classify, and store items appropriately according to input type (packaging, agrochemicals, spare parts, PPE, etc.). * Comply with safety regulations for storing hazardous materials. \* * **Supply to Operations:** * Distribute supplies to harvesting, packing, maintenance, or administrative areas based on authorized requests. * Track delivery vouchers and returns. * Coordinate scheduled deliveries to prevent operational interruptions. \* * **Traceability and Documentation:** * Maintain supporting documents for purchases, deliveries, and stock levels for internal and external audits. * Record batch number, supplier, and expiration date for critical inputs (agrochemicals, biologicals, etc.). * Prepare monthly reports on inventory movements and stock status. \* * **Safety and Organization:** * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. * Implement FIFO storage practices and chemical compatibility guidelines. * Protect products from damage due to weather, pests, or accidents. \* * **Audits and Continuous Improvement:** * Support certification audit processes (Global GAP, Rainforest, BRC, SMETA, etc.). * Suggest improvements in logistics and internal control procedures. * Participate in training programs on safety, traceability, and standard operating procedures. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Exclusively logistics or agro-industrial personnel, with official title and ID; **candidates without this requirement will not be considered**. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in agricultural, agro-industrial, or logistics warehouses. \* * **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory management * Good Storage Practices (GSP) * Control of agrochemicals and packaging materials * Warehouse safety and hygiene * Basic computer skills or proficiency in Excel **Key Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Honesty and reliability * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Ability to prioritize tasks * Tolerance for working under pressure \* * **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Excellent work environment and job stability **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Oracle/SAP B1 is a plus ***Statutory benefits, full IMSS integration.*** Send your information to: jespinosa@chanitos.com Position type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Subsidized cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work schedule: * 8-hour shift Work location: On-site position Application deadline: 09/15/2025 Expected start date: 08/15/2025
