





We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized **Junior Recruiter** with a vocation for service, who can support the **timely coverage of vacancies** for our **customer service and sales campaigns**. This position is key to ensuring that our **call center** always has the best talent, guaranteeing agile, efficient, and operationally aligned selection processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out complete recruitment and selection processes for customer service and sales campaigns. * Post job openings on different platforms and conduct phone or virtual screenings. * Coordinate interviews with candidates and operational leaders. * Manage hiring documentation and administrative follow-up of onboarding and offboarding. * Support in compiling files, database management, and coverage reporting. * Participate in job fairs and talent attraction strategies. * Provide courteous attention and candidate follow-up throughout the entire process. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration (preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in recruitment, ideally for call center, customer service, sales, or high-turnover roles. * Knowledge of job portals and social media for candidate sourcing. * Basic proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Proactive attitude, assertive communication, and results orientation. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Bonus for meeting coverage targets. * Ongoing training and growth opportunities within the department. * Excellent work environment **If you are passionate about recruitment and enjoy connecting people with new opportunities, we want to meet you.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 - $13,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
