




JOB OBJECTIVE Coordinate, analyze, and report the company’s financial results against the annual plan and forecast. Collaborate with all departments to gather information and support for developing the annual budget, aligned with POM’s strategy. Conduct timely quarterly tracking of business and financial plan execution with the Executive Committee. JOB FUNCTIONS Coordinate the development of POM’s financial budget. Coordinate the preparation of POM’s budget, reviewing consistency, accuracy, and analyzing the data. Provide ongoing information to monitor the company’s strategic execution and achievement of objectives. Coordinate the development of POM’s forecast. Coordinate the POM forecast development process, reviewing consistency, accuracy, and data analysis. Provide information to monitor the company’s strategic execution and achievement of objectives. Coordinate the development of POM’s Capital Need. Coordinate the company’s Capital Need development process, reviewing consistency, accuracy, and data analysis. Provide information to monitor capital requirements aligned with POM’s strategy and achievement of objectives. Monitor, analyze, and report monthly STAT and GAAP variances versus budget. Analyze monthly budget-to-actual variances to support analysis and sound decision-making. Identify variances that deviate from the company’s strategy and objective achievement. Analyze the financial viability of projects and initiatives. Assess financial impact based on the company’s strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and generation of value-added benefits. Analyze financial strategies for Internal Control. Evaluate and analyze potential financial strategies required to implement internal controls. Establish necessary internal controls to mitigate the company’s financial and operational risks. JOB PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration, Finance, or Actuarial Science English: Advanced Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance financial statements (STAT and GAAP), advanced Microsoft Office suite, strategic and financial planning, knowledge of the Mexican insurance market.
