* **Job Objective** Supervise internal control, income, expenses, and tax compliance of the club, ensuring reliable financial information for decision-making. * **Main Responsibilities** Income supervision: member dues, restaurants, and golf. Internal control: cash counts, cash register closures, reconciliations. Preparation of financial statements and monthly reports. Preparation of executive presentations of results. Filing and compliance of taxes (VAT, ISR, ISN, DIOT). Review and scheduling of supplier payments. Monthly and annual accounting closing. Participation in budgets and analysis of variances. Supervision of the accounting team. * **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in controller or accounting roles. Knowledge of Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF), internal control, and taxes (up-to-date). Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel.
