Certifications desirable (not mandatory). * 7 to 10 years of experience in external audit, with at least 3 years in a similar role. * Knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Financial Information Standards (NIF) and IFRS, Mexican financial regulations and international standards, Auditing in risk and internal control (COSO). * Advanced English (reading regulatory documents and international corporate reports). **Main responsibilities:** * Design and execute risk-based audit plans (Risk Based Audit). * Supervise reviews of financial statements, regulatory compliance, operations, and information technologies. * Coordinate the preparation of audit reports including findings, recommendations, and action plans. * Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions by audited departments. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations: CNBV, CNSF, Securities Market Law, Credit Institutions Law, Basel III, SOX (if applicable). * Collaborate with audit, risk, and compliance committees, delivering clear and timely executive reports. * Lead, train, and evaluate the team of auditors under your supervision. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, controls, and operational efficiency. **Equal Opportunity Employer:** We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any job applicant based on race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, etc. **We offer:** * Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 MXN, negotiable based on experience. * Attractive benefits package exceeding legal requirements. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 to 18:00 hrs), hybrid work model. * Work location: Av.
