We are seeking an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Proficiency in collections management systems, intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel, and knowledge of credit policies. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, portfolio management, or customer service within financial areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue payments * Respond to customer inquiries and clarify questions regarding balances, invoices, and payments * Manage collections for delinquent accounts through phone calls, emails, and site visits * Prepare collection reports and customer risk analysis * Ensure compliance with internal policies and credit and collections regulations.
