**PROJECT ARCHITECT** **INDUSTRIAL PM AREA** is an engineering and project management firm with a highly specialized team possessing extensive experience in the commercial, logistics, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. **OBJECTIVE:** Development and specification of architectural projects for preparing BIM models in REVIT, serving as the foundation for comprehensive design and construction documentation (structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, piping, and process engineering), as well as construction execution. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Define project construction areas and their interrelationship with users · Prepare architectural construction documents and descriptive reports · Stay updated on architectural trends and regulations · Interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings—basic and detailed · Coordinate with engineering and architectural teams to ensure accurate project definition · Basic knowledge of on-site architectural supervision · Design and execution of architectural projects · Preparation of architectural drawings, finishes, and details · Material quantity take-offs and budget preparation · Production of renderings · Descriptive reports · Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards **·** Participate in feasibility studies to assess resources required for project execution **KNOWLEDGE IN:** Revit drawing interpretation AutoCAD SketchUp D5 Render Lumion Photoshop Illustrator Excel **BACKGROUND** Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position, including 2 years in industrial plants (preferred) Knowledge of: Commercial, retail, and logistics facility construction **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits Personal protective equipment (PPE) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs **Send your CV to: jobs@areaindustrial.com.mx** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have industrial sector experience?
