**Estimated Commitment:** Starts at 10–15 hours/week with potential to scale as we grow in 2026 **Experience Level:** Senior (8–10\+ years) **Long\-term role** We are a digital marketing agency specializing in helping D2C brands grow through SEO, Paid Search, AI/LLM optimization, content strategy, and performance improvements across core marketing channels. We have been in business for 13 years. We are looking for a **Head of Digital** who can become the right\-hand partner to the owner, someone who understands digital strategy deeply *and* can build the operational backbone that ensures consistent, high\-quality delivery. **The Role in a Nutshell** This is a hybrid **operations \+ strategy leadership** role. You will help us mature our systems, elevate performance across SEO and Paid Search, streamline workflow, improve visibility into active work, and ensure the team delivers exceptional results, every time. You will also support light sales responsibilities, join select client calls, remove roadblocks for strategists, and help maintain and improve our reporting and operational infrastructure. If you are a senior digital strategist who also loves operational excellence, process\-building, and leadership, this is the perfect opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** **Operations \& Agency Infrastructure (50%)** * **Own ClickUp** end\-to\-end: setup, optimization, templates, automations, dashboards, dependencies, capacity management, and AI\-enabled workflows. * Build and maintain **SOPs, processes, and internal systems** to ensure consistent delivery and eliminate inefficiencies. * Improve and streamline **agency workflows** including briefs, approvals, task handoffs, and deliverables. * Overhaul and maintain **agency reporting systems** to ensure clarity, accuracy, and actionability. * Maintain visibility across all client work, ensuring **nothing slips through the cracks**. * Conduct **quality assurance checks** on deliverables to ensure work is accurate, high\-quality, and aligned with strategy. * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose **systems\-based solutions** that improve speed, quality, and predictability. * Assist with **team capacity planning** and prioritize workloads appropriately. * Lead **team training** around processes, ClickUp usage, and delivery standards. **Digital Strategy Leadership (50%)** * Provide high\-level **SEO and Paid Search strategic direction** to support our marketing strategists. * Help unpack client priorities, remove strategic or operational roadblocks, and elevate channel performance. * Join select **client calls** to offer expert perspective, reinforce our strategic direction, and provide additional confidence for clients. * Work directly with the owner to support **pitch deck development, data gathering, and light sales support**. * Help vet inbound leads and support early sales conversations when needed. * Support continuous improvement of our strategic frameworks, templates, audits, and best practices. **What Success Looks Like** * Our internal operations run smoothly with **predictable, consistent delivery**. * The team knows exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. * Client accounts experience improved quality, communication, and performance. * SEO and Paid Search strategies become sharper, more data\-driven, and more consistent across the agency. * Reporting becomes streamlined and meaningful. * The owner gains organizational leverage and clarity. * The agency becomes more operationally mature, scalable, and efficient. **Requirements** * **8\-10\+ years of digital marketing experience** with deep expertise in **SEO and Paid Search**. * Demonstrated experience building or optimizing **agency operations**, ideally in a digital marketing environment. * Mastery of **ClickUp** including custom fields, automation, dashboards, views, templates, and process design. * Experience creating **SOPs, workflows, and operational systems** inside of an agency. * Strong understanding of how SEO, Paid Search, content, and other digital channels integrate. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, train, and collaborate with strategists and specialists. * High attention to detail with a proactive leadership style. * Comfortable being **client\-facing** when needed. * Ability to work part\-time (10\-15 hrs/week to start) with potential to increase hours. **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)** * Familiarity with LLM/AI optimization tools. * Experience implementing AI workflows or agents within ClickUp or other PM tools. * Experience in agency QA, reporting architecture, or analytics dashboards. * Experience coaching/mentoring mid\-level strategists. **Who This Role Is** ***Not*** **For** * Junior or mid\-level candidates. * Specialists who only want to execute SEO/PPC tasks. * Project managers without deep marketing strategy experience. * Candidates who dislike building SOPs, systems, or process documentation. **DO NOT APPLY HERE** If you are interested in this role, please do the following: * Send an email to employment@stryde.com * Attach your resume (in English) * Record a Loom video (in English) and add the URL to the email \- In the video, please introduce yourself and share why you believe you will be the very best fit for this position.
