JOIN OUR TEAM!! ### **Java Technical Leader (Deployments and Microservices)** * **Location: CDMX, Álvaro Obregón Borough.** * **Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site attendance based on project criticality).** **Main Responsibilities or Functions:** * Lead the technical development and deployment of Java applications. * Design technical solutions based on microservices and backend architecture. * Supervise deployments across environments (DEV, QA, PROD). * Define development standards and best practices. * Ensure compliance with architecture, quality, and security requirements. * Decompose complex solutions into manageable deliverables. * Coordinate with development, QA, and DevOps teams using agile methodologies such as SCRUM. * Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices. * Anticipate technical risks and propose solutions. * Document technical designs, configurations, and deployments. * Provide technical support and mentorship to developers. **Key Technologies and Tools** * **Language:** Java (8\+), Concurrency (multithreading). * **Frameworks:** Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Core * **Architecture:** Microservices, REST APIs * **Databases:** SQL and NoSQL * **Version Control:** Git. * **CI/CD:** Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube. * **Desirable:** Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Event-Driven Architecture, Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ, SonarQube, AppDynamics / Dynatrace. **We Offer:** * Career development plan. * 100% payroll scheme. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Training and certification programs. * Partnerships with various companies.
