CONTROL ROOM EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS: * 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE * PREFERRED: INCOMPLETE BACHELOR'S DEGREE / HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA * STRONG VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS * ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE * FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY * TEAMWORK ORIENTATION * PROFICIENCY IN OFFICE APPLICATIONS (EXCEL) RESPONSIBILITIES: * ORDER ENTRY * CLIENT CONFIRMATION FOR VISITS * SUBMISSION OF REQUESTS FOR PRE-PROVISIONING * ORDER CLOSURE IN GBC * SERVICE RESCHEDULING AND SUPPORT TO SALES AND MONITORING TEAMS WE OFFER: * BASE SALARY $11,500 * STATUTORY BENEFITS * SAVINGS FUND * LIFE INSURANCE WORK LOCATION: CUAUHTEMOC SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY, ROTATING SHIFT: 8 AM – 5 PM, 9 AM – 6 PM, 10 AM – 7 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience
