Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, or Computer Science Monday to Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Shift rotation required; occasional travel across Mexico for on-site support. 1–2 years of experience in first- and second-level technical support, with knowledge of CCTV, networking, access control systems, structured cabling, computer equipment, and hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance.
