Identify and report irregularities in products and processes. **Job Profile: Production Line Operator** **Job Description** The line operator will be responsible for activities related to product conditioning, packaging, and finishing—primarily plastic containers, jars, and caps—ensuring quality and compliance with company-established standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform specific tasks such as removing flash from products and ensuring finishes required by quality control. * Product conditioning, packaging type, and quantity per package. * Completion of forms. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow. * Identify and report any irregularities in products or processes. **Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Secondary school diploma. * **Desired Experience:** * Knowledge of plastics. * Prior work experience in companies with production line processes. * **Desired Knowledge:** Familiarity with plastic injection and blow molding products; good documentation practices. * **Competencies:** * Teamwork orientation. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * 8-hour shifts. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Weekly payment.
