Help us strengthen our security ecosystem—submit your application now. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement advanced IAM security architectures * Design and apply robust security strategies * Ensure all integrations follow policy and compliance standards * Coordinate with business units to synchronize security plans * Coach team members on security methodologies * Draft and update governance policies for IAM systems * Stay informed on industry security trends * Investigate and remedy complex incident scenarios * Shape and enforce long\-term IAM objectives * Administer authentication and federation solutions * Guarantee multi\-platform application and system security **Requirements** * 3\+ years working with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Ability to code in JavaScript, Java, or Python * Awareness of Active Directory or similar LDAP services * Insight into intrusion detection, policy planning, and OS hardening * Expertise in SSO, Federation technologies (SAML or OIDC), MFA, PKI * Understanding of identity management and cloud technologies * Foundational knowledge of device authentication * Skill in guiding and mentoring teams in security protocols * Track record of developing enduring security strategies * Problem\-solving skills paired with strong analytical thinking * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Self\-starter with minimal need for supervision * Upper\-Intermediate English proficiency (B2\) **Nice to have** * Experience with other IAM systems * Proficiency in using HashiCorp Vault * Familiarity with BeyondTrust PowerBroker tools * Ability to interpret and trace security events * Quick troubleshooting abilities in live systems
