Main Responsibilities * Development, modification, and control of architectural and urban plans in **AutoCAD**. * Modeling and support for architectural presentations in **SketchUp**. * Preparation of technical documentation for real estate projects. * Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. * Client support and accompaniment as required by the project. * General operational support across projects and office activities. * Collaborative work with the team throughout all project stages. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated or completing graduation). * **Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).** * Ability to interpret and develop executive projects. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Service-oriented attitude, respect, and teamwork. * Organization, responsibility, and willingness to learn and assist with various tasks.
