Quotation Analyst - Proformas

Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience to integrate and analyze proforma documents for opening and operational developments, managing budgets and construction progress. Key Highlights: 1. Integration and analysis of proforma documents for real estate developments. 2. Budget management and construction progress tracking in systems. 3. Updating sale prices and calculating integrated housing units. Objective: Integrate and analyze proforma documents for Opening Developments and Operational Developments. Specific Responsibilities: -Prepare parametric, executive, or closing proformas according to request. -Request the latest development seeding from Integration and update housing areas and dosages in the proforma. -Request legalization budgets by sending an email with the previously signed proforma and the format indicating the amount executed during the period. -Integrate construction progress reports according to the cut-off date provided by the Control Unit. -Download updated or modified budgets from the ENKONTROL system and incorporate them into the proforma. -Update sale prices according to the table provided by Sales or manually index them, as well as update land prices. -Calculate integrated housing units according to the established format and incorporate them into the proforma, along with prototype-specific margins in the proforma. -Enter proformas into the ENKONTROL system · Requirements: -Civil Engineering and/or Architecture degree -Knowledge of construction cost estimation -Knowledge of analytical and parametric cost estimation -Knowledge of construction progress and building processes -Knowledge of budgetary control -Knowledge of revenue and expense forecasting -Knowledge of construction systems and processes -Knowledge of analytical and parametric budgeting -Proficiency in Excel -Proficiency in AutoCAD · Position Details: -Work Location: Santa Fe -Working Hours Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM -Work Modality: On-site · Benefits: Gross salary Savings fund (13%) Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Life insurance SGMM (Social Security Institute for Workers in the Construction Industry) Savings box Variable bonus Meal subsidy Free transportation Corporate discounts. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: analyst
