Objective: Ensure that warehouse and shipping operations are carried out in accordance with established specifications and service levels, adhering to the work schedule. Activities: * Verify that unloading activities comply with product specifications and transportation and documentation requirements, ensuring product safety and integrity. * Record incidents identified during the unloading process in the system, ensuring their follow-up and resolution by the respective department. * Ensure the generation and delivery of work orders to the operational staff under supervision for order preparation during the shift. * Guarantee that orders are fulfilled according to customer-established requirements, complying with product rotation, quantity, and quality.
