Our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted partner in the architectural and construction industries. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. * Coordinate with U.S.\-based teams, including production, design, and installation, to align project timelines, resources, and goals. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations. * Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes. * Utilize project management software (experience with **CMIC** is a plus) to maintain accurate records, communicate with stakeholders, and report on project progress. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, promote best practices, and improve project efficiency. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or architectural projects. * Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and projects with multiple stakeholders. * Strong proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client\-focused approach. * Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours to facilitate coordination with the main office. * PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. * Bilingual\- English and Spanish required **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Opportunities for growth within a global team * Collaborative and supportive work culture * Flexible, remote work environment Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Are you fluent in English?
