BASE COORDINATOR (LOGISTICS) **A logistics and transportation company is seeking a Base Coordinator responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper functioning of all operations within the assigned base, guaranteeing incident resolution, operational compliance, customer service, and general administration of the division. The candidate will lead operational staff, coordinate meetings, track results, and ensure all base activities are executed efficiently and on time.** Requirements * Age 25–45 years. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in logistics, traffic, or transportation. * Experience managing operational and administrative staff. * Flexible schedule availability. * Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge * GPS monitoring and vehicle tracking. * Route planning and scheduling. * Fleet management and operational control. * Logistics operations management. * Preventive and corrective maintenance management. * Fuel control and operational performance monitoring. * Road safety, logistics, and operational efficiency. * Handling of KPIs and operational reports. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate all base operations under your responsibility. * Ensure proper operational and administrative functioning of the division. * Resolve incidents, anomalies, and contingencies related to traffic, logistics, and vehicles. * Coordinate operational meetings and follow up on agreements and outcomes. * Monitor routes and track vehicles en route. * Manage drivers, trip assignments, and service coverage. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Verify compliance with customer timelines and requirements. * Supervise fuel control and operational reporting. * Maintain order and safety in the operational yard. * Support the management and administration of operational staff. * Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and safety programs.
