




We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional for the **Student Services** area. You will be the primary liaison with the student community, responsible for ensuring effective support, managing their academic and administrative needs, and promoting a positive and solution-oriented school environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Coordination of Tutoring and Academic Support:** * Coordinate, implement, and monitor academic tutoring programs. * Manage requests and scheduling of personalized academic support sessions for students. * **Student Support and Management:** * Handle and follow up on absence justification requests. * Provide on-campus guidance to direct students to the appropriate department or office according to their needs. * Receive and appropriately address student complaints, suggestions, and various requests. * **Handling Situations and Collaboration:** * Respond to urgent situations involving students, notifying and closely collaborating with relevant authorities (counseling, medical services, administration, etc.). * Actively contribute to the organization and logistics of extracurricular activities that promote students' holistic development. * **Reporting and Documentation:** * Prepare periodic reports, summaries, and statistics related to student services and activities carried out in the area. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Social Work, or related fields.
