**MEKNO PROJECT MANAGEMENT** **WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN ARCHITECT!** **Professional title (mandatory).** **Location:** Bahía de Banderas. **Main Responsibilities:** **1. Planning and coordination** (review, interpret, and validate architectural drawings, concept catalog, develop work plans, coordinate activities with all project areas). **2. On-site supervision** (verify proper installation of finishes such as stone flooring, special coatings, paint and textures, fixed furniture, and accessories). **3. Quality control.** **4. Administration and control.** **Required Experience:** * Minimum 2–5 years supervising premium residential finishes, luxury villas, 5-star hotels, or hospitality developments. * Proven experience in projects such as One&Only, Auberge, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Arman, Banyan Tree, etc. * Management of specialized contractors and premium suppliers. **Technical Skills:** * Extensive knowledge of fine materials, special coatings, and installation processes. * Advanced ability to read architectural, interior, and MEP coordination drawings. * Proficiency in quality standards, QA/QC procedures, and construction site control. * Familiarity with tools: MS Project, AutoCAD, advanced Excel, construction platforms (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.). **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and clear communication with multiple teams. * Strong organization and meticulous follow-up. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Sense of urgency and solution-oriented thinking. * High quality standards and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Opportunities for professional growth and internal development. * Dynamic and innovation-focused work environment.
