You will be responsible for elevating the Susurros del Corazón brand through the lens of culinary experiences. Performing your duties will ensure the highest service standards are met and that guest experiences exceed expectations. * Interact with guests regarding their needs, ensuring consistently attentive and high-quality service. * Welcome customers to the establishment, accurately inform them of wait times, manage the waiting list, and bid farewell to customers as they leave. * Manage reservations and maximize table/hammock/bar profitability at all times during restaurant operations. * Coordinate with service staff regarding available tables. * Ensure tables meet customer needs, such as providing a high chair if accompanied by small children, and guarantee proper accommodation for guests in wheelchairs or with specific inclusion requirements. * Stay informed about menu offerings, preparation methods, and cooking times to accurately inform customers. **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality. * Willingness to work a flexible schedule. * Excellent overall communication skills. * Fluency in English and Spanish. **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
