**Position: Warehouse Assistant** **Location:** Tepic, Nayarit **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm **Type of position:** Full time **Job Description** We are looking for a responsible, organized, and positive **Warehouse Assistant** to join our team. You will ensure all expenses are properly recorded, as well as projects and additions to fixed assets. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and file monthly and annual tax returns for ISR, IVA, ISH, ISN, and others, for both the hotel and our Civil Association. * Coordinate compliance with federal and state obligations before SAT, State Treasury, Municipal authorities, and other tax agencies. * Ensure proper stamping, issuance, and validation of CFDIs, including electronic invoices for income and payroll-related expense receipts, for both the hotel and the Civil Association. * Prepare documentation and tax evidence for internal and external audits. * Respond to requests from tax authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) and follow up on audits, electronic reviews, or on-site visits. * Support external auditor reviews by providing requested information, clarifying questions, and making necessary corrections. * Monitor and analyze changes in tax legislation, fiscal miscellany, SAT rules, and regulatory criteria affecting corporate tax liabilities. * Communicate relevant updates to management and involved departments. * Advise other departments on matters involving tax implications. * Assist in implementing internal tax controls, such as monitoring contractors providing services to the hotel who must be registered in REPSE. **Requirements*** Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Prior experience as Tax Manager. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and accounting software. * Confidentiality, ethics, and responsibility. * Effective communication, analytical, and mathematical skills. * Minimum 5 years of experience. * Experience in hospitality. * Intermediate English preferred. **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
