**About the Position** Viva Business Law is conducting this recruitment process on behalf of Mixxa. We are seeking a Store Manager with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and an operational focus. You will be responsible for coordinating shifts, ensuring Mixxa's service standards, and guaranteeing the daily smooth operation of the store. Job Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school (preferred). * **Prior Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a store manager, supervisor, shift leader, or in similar operational roles (customer service, cash handling, or retail). * **Key Competencies:** Responsibility, leadership, assertive communication, organization, honesty, proactivity, problem-solving, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Properly execute store opening and closing procedures. * Maintain business continuity and ensure smooth daily operations. * Deliver and supervise appropriate, excellent customer service. * Perform cash reconciliation, counting, and basic cash and cash-on-hand control. * Monitor product and supply availability (basic inventory control). * Assist in product preparation when required by operations. * Maintain store cleanliness, operational order, and brand image. * Report operational incidents to management. **Work Conditions and Schedules** * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, from 10:45 AM to 8:30 PM. * **Rest Day:** One rotating weekly rest day. * **Meal Break:** One hour per workday. **Salary and Benefits** * **Salary:** $12,000 MXN gross per month. * IMSS * Statutory vacation days * Vacation bonus * Statutory benefits * Employee discounts Salary: Up to $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Preferential discounts and pricing * Medical expense insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
