Key Responsibilities: * Administer, configure, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls. * Monitor network performance to ensure high availability, service performance, and stability. * Diagnose and resolve network incidents related to connectivity, latency, packet loss, or communication failures. * Implement network configurations such as VLANs, routing, VPNs, and network segmentation according to business requirements. * Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and access policies. * Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure infrastructure complies with security standards and policies. * Participate in infrastructure improvement and network expansion projects within the organization. * Document configurations, network changes, infrastructure diagrams, and technical procedures. * Conduct capacity analysis and propose improvements to optimize network performance. * Support the implementation and administration of network monitoring tools. * Participate in incident management and technical escalations when required. Requirements: * More than 3 years of experience in network administration or engineering. * Experience working with Cisco Systems equipment, including switches and routers. * Solid knowledge of switching, routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. * Experience troubleshooting enterprise networks. * Familiarity with network monitoring tools. * Conversational English proficiency, capable of participating in technical meetings and reviewing documentation. Preferred Qualifications: * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent. * Knowledge of network security and firewall administration. * Experience in enterprise infrastructure or technology manufacturing environments.
