Key Responsibilities * **Prospecting and Sales:** Generate and follow up with new customers through various channels (referrals, cold calls, personal networks, etc.). * **Personalized Advisory:** Analyze customers' financial and protection needs to recommend and design the most suitable insurance plans (life, medical expenses, auto, home, etc.). * **Portfolio Management:** Maintain close and trustworthy relationships with existing customers to manage renewals, conduct cross-selling, and ensure satisfaction. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all sales and processes comply with industry regulations and internal company policies. * **Continuous Training:** Actively participate in training and certification programs to stay updated on products and market trends.
