




**CRM MANAGER** POPUL AUTO TEPIC VOLKSWAGEN **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Achieve the semi-annual increase in customer loyalty and satisfaction indices through various developed CRM programs, aiming to create more loyal dealership customers, optimize marketing investment resources, and enhance customer performance. * Identify the agency's most valuable customers and develop special commercial service programs for them. * Generate market information to support strategic decision-making by general management and directors. * Ensure that the Volkswagen customer experience at every touchpoint with the agency is satisfactory. * Increase sales of accessories, spare parts, extended warranties, and agency services. * Include the current VWSF service offer in the monthly Workbench. * Monitor VWSF loyalty programs (Cliente Distinguido), ensuring they are properly executed and measuring renewal conversion rates to improve the renewal index. * Participate in internal and external department training. * Responsible for customer service within the commercial scope. * One of the main responsibilities is managing the Call Center. * Provide post-sales follow-up for customers who file complaints. * Directly attend to dissatisfied customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability of time * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position * Strong communication skills * Driver's license * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (mandatory) **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly payment * Life insurance * Social security * 30 days of Christmas bonus * 15 days of vacation * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers ❗Gross salary $18,000❗ Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00\-6:30, Saturdays from 8:00\-1:00, 2-hour lunch break from 1:00\-3:00 Learn more about us: https://www.alerta.com.mx/ https://vw\-tepic.com/ Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite contract * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
