Opportunity for career development in legal consulting A well-established national legal and juridical consultancy is seeking a **Junior Payroll Executive**. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Required experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar positions (in Payroll or Social Security). **Specific Knowledge:** Proficiency with the IMSS portal, IDSE, SUA, Excel, INFONAVIT portal, salary integration, and knowledge of applicable legislation. **Skills:** Adaptability, creative thinking, negotiation, discipline, teamwork, assertive communication, work ethic, critical thinking, and conflict management. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare client-specific transactions via the IDSE platform. * Maintain and monitor the SUA system based on transactions conducted with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Monitor and update the salary integration factor according to each client employee’s seniority, and submit required updates to IMSS. * Register employee medical leaves submitted by clients. * Request corresponding departments to update payroll templates, incorporating client-requested changes such as hires, terminations, or modifications. Offer includes: * Base salary. * Monthly bonus. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
