




Position Summary: Oversee and control operational and administrative activities of routes, coordinating trip scheduling and managing incidents to ensure efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for compliance with security protocols and documentation. **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** in related positions such as logistics coordination, transportation or routing, supervision of operators or operational teams. * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Age: 28 to 45 years. * Knowledge of trip scheduling and route control, transit time management and operational time windows, ASR security protocols (breakdown, accident, theft). **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and control all operational and administrative activities of routes. * Prepare weekly trip schedules, assign waybills, and coordinate with monitors and operators. * Supervise the start of operations every Monday and monitor each trip from start to finish. * Maintain constant communication with Nissan regarding incidents or delays. * Review documentation and permits for each vehicle on a weekly basis. * Generate and submit daily reports on transit times, vehicle location, and status. * Ensure each operator wears appropriate PPE and that vehicles are in proper mechanical and physical condition and clean prior to departure. * Retrieve and deliver complete trip documentation for invoicing. * Maintain constant communication with operators and conduct weekly meetings. * Address incidents, resolve operational issues, and maintain 24/7 availability.
