Availability for rotating shifts Requirements - Strong availability to rotate shifts - Ability to commute easily - Prior experience in transport logistics - Operator interaction and conflict resolution Responsibilities - Continuously monitor vehicles using GPS systems, verifying adherence to scheduled routes and estimated time of arrival (ETA). - Respond immediately to contingencies such as mechanical failures, thefts, route deviations, or traffic, coordinating with authorities or technical support. - Maintain direct contact with drivers to ensure compliance with safety protocols and authorized stops. - Inform customers about the status, location, and possible delays of their cargo to provide transparency and high-quality service. Rotating 12-hour shifts: work 3 days, rest 3 days Workplace: Carretera a Loretito, km 1, 20356, San Francisco de los Romo We Offer - Weekly gross pay of 3,000 MXN, adjusted after 3 months to 3,200 MXN - Statutory benefits - Year-end bonus equivalent to 30 days' salary - Annual bonus. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: 22 years or older
