




Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting, measuring, and verifying the quality of selected and packaged products, ensuring compliance with internal regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality inspection equipment verification and calibration 2. Supervision of Good Manufacturing Practices 3. Coordination of personnel for daily operational activities Perform product inspection, measurement, and quality verification for selected and packaged fruit, ensuring compliance with internal standards: (D1 INS 003) Internal Peach Standard, (D2 INS 001) Internal Grape Standard Main Responsibilities Verify and/or calibrate quality inspection equipment: thermometer, refractometer, penetrometer Inspect and record temperature and humidity in the refrigerated chamber Verify chlorine spraying and dosing in equipment Supervise implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices Verify fruit diameter Sample discarded fruits due to defects Inspect packed cartons Weigh cardboard boxes containing fruit Coordinate personnel to ensure proper execution of daily activities. Authorize disposal of critical fruit.
