Continuous training and growth opportunities Human Resources Generalist CAR4U – CGE Automotive Group Aguascalientes \| On-site Job Description: We seek to onboard an individual who will strengthen the Human Resources department by executing, organizing, and monitoring processes in a dynamic operational environment. This position focuses on recruitment, personnel administration, and daily operational support for the department. Responsibilities: \- Recruitment and selection of personnel (posting, screening, interviews, and follow-up). \- Concurrent management of vacancies across multiple branches. \- Daily follow-up on recruitment processes. \- Coordination of onboarding, offboarding, and internal personnel transfers. \- Updating and maintaining employee files. \- Support in payroll-related incidents. \- Preparation of basic reports and key performance indicators. \- Ongoing communication with branch managers. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources. \- Experience in recruitment and personnel selection. \- Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, OCC, CompuTrabajo, social media). \- Basic/intermediate Excel skills.
