If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- **Job summary:** *To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a* ***Product Engineer*** *located in* ***Aguascalientes****.* *Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, this role involves responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information / documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity* **What a typical day looks like:** * *Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.* * *Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.* * *Have the capability to singly or with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.* * *Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).* * *Review product drawings and product tolerancing to ensure product performance requirements are met.* * *Develop and implement BOM management processes and best practices.* * *Maintain documentation and records related to BOMs.* * *Support engineering change orders (ECO) and manage BOM revisions.* * *Prepare reports and presentations on BOM status and metrics.* * *Identify and mitigate risks related to BOM management.* * *Develop, implement, and take ownership of process control methodologies.* * *Implement statistical process research on new and existing products.* * *Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.* **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * *Bachelor' degree in Engineering Mechanical,* *Electrical/Electronic,* *Industrial, or equivalent.* * *Junior experience in the related field is required for this position.* * *Proficiency in BOM management software* **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
