At True Digital — a company specializing in technological solutions and digital project implementation — we are looking for a Junior Project Manager with exceptional organizational and tracking capabilities to support the coordination and execution of technology projects in dynamic and collaborative environments. What will you do? * Support the management and coordination of technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met. * Track work plans, tasks, and deliverables with technical and functional teams. * Coordinate activities among development, QA, consultants, and project stakeholders. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress and resolve pending items. * Identify risks or deviations and escalate them promptly for resolution. * Generate progress reports, project status updates, and KPI tracking reports. * Support facilitation of agile ceremonies and organization of the backlog and project priorities. What are we looking for? * 1–3 years of experience participating in technology or software project management or coordination. * Experience working with development or technology implementation teams. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or project management frameworks. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for interaction with teams or clients. * Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar. * Strong organizational, tracking, and task control capabilities.
