




Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and execute personnel work activities, ensuring that construction is carried out on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while complying with applicable regulations and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality standards Position Objective Coordinate, supervise, and execute the work of personnel under supervision, ensuring that construction is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, in compliance with established technical regulations and specifications. Key Responsibilities -Analyze and implement the executive project. -Detect and report discrepancies in drawings or specifications. -Coordinate subcontractors and operational staff on site. -Record weekly progress and report to the Project Leader. -Conduct site inspections to evaluate progress, attendance, and quality of construction processes. -Prepare work generation documents (volumes/additives) and front-based estimates. -Guarantee compliance with technical standards and quality standards. -Coordinate planning and use of machinery. -Request necessary equipment, tools, and materials (e.g., concrete, specialty materials). -Supervise warehouse inventories and coordinate weekly supply planning with the Materials Controller. -Coordinate with after-sales for housing delivery. -Schedule laboratory tests for quality control. -Fill internal logs and report personnel incidents. -Participate in weekly meetings with Production Management and Quality Manager. -Host external visits and support the Project Leader in position-related activities. Requirements Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering (degree holder or intern). Experience: Minimum 2 years in mass production of horizontal and vertical residential construction. Technical Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level). AutoCAD. Construction site control and estimation.
