Position Summary: Develop formulations for new products and support their industrial implementation, ensuring compliance with standards and quality in the development of vehicle oils and additives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of formulations for new products and quality assurance. 2. Generation of innovative ideas and coordination of industrial implementation. 3. Research on special/alternative raw materials and technical support. A 100% Mexican company specializing in vehicle oils and additives is seeking new talent. Develop formulations for new products and support their implementation during the industrial phase by controlling and monitoring the various stages of the development process to ensure that the final product meets the company’s established standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop formulations through the new product development process across its various stages to gather all necessary information to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and support quality assurance. * Generate innovative ideas for the development of new products. * Perform required material and energy balances to ensure successful development of new product formulations. * Train personnel requiring technical knowledge during the industrial implementation phase, as well as review/verify developments of both new and existing products to contribute to quality assurance. * Properly document all stages of product design and development (assembling both electronically and physically the new product dossier and dossiers for existing products according to each project’s Gantt chart). * Coordinate and monitor the implementation of new product manufacturing on the production line. * Research and incorporate special/alternative raw materials (improving cost-efficiency, functionality, and availability) into products. * Support quality assurance and propose technical solutions. * Demonstrate visible and consistent support and commitment to implementing the quality management system, asset security, and environmental protection at work. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Chemist, Cosmetic Chemist) * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles * Frustration tolerance * Residence near or easy access to Tonalá **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary payment * Punctuality and attendance bonus * 8-hour workday * Free cafeteria Our location is in Coyula, Tonalá.
