Technical Sales Executive – Instrumentation and Control
Job Summary:
We are seeking a service-oriented Technical Sales Executive with a technical-commercial focus to prospect, develop business opportunities, and close sales of instrumentation and control solutions.

**Location:** Monterrey
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
**Work Mode:** On-site, with visits to industrial customers within the region.
**Grupo Industrial Hegues**, a Mexican company with over 36 years of experience marketing instrumentation and control equipment to the industrial sector, is seeking to add a **Technical Sales Executive**, service-oriented, with a technical-commercial focus and professional growth potential, to its team.
**- Job Objective:**
Prospect and develop new business opportunities, provide technical advisory services to industrial clients, and close sales of solutions such as: **pressure gauges, transmitters, thermometers, rotameters, safety valves, and measurement equipment**.
**- Essential Requirements:**
* Completed engineering degree: **Instrumentation and Control, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field**.
* Minimum **2 years of experience in industrial technical sales** (instrumentation, automation, energy, etc.).
* Experience: Fieldwork, prospecting.
* Product knowledge: pressure/temperature transmitters, pressure gauges, rotameters, valves, sensors. Electrical area.
* Knowledge of industrial processes.
* Knowledge of relevant industrial sectors.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and email.
* Willingness to travel.

* English proficiency at 80% (reading and conversation).
* Valid visa and passport for training (if required).

* **Base monthly salary of $15,000 to $16,000 + commissions (may vary based on experience and skills)**
