Here’s what you need to know about this position: **Location** : Remote, México **Engagement** **Type** : Full\-Time **The Work** (What you’ll be doing \& Your Impact) * Execute end\-to\-end recruitment processes for software engineering, data, and infrastructure roles, from intake to offer. * Source, screen, and engage top technical talent using creative outreach and strong storytelling. * Build and maintain pipelines for Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, DevOps, Data, and ML/AI Engineers. * Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team needs, and role expectations. * Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. * rack recruiting metrics and collaborate with the talent team to improve hiring strategies and results. * Bring hiring plans to life by executing recruiting strategies and continuously improving candidate engagement. **Needed Expertise** (What you need to succeed in the role) * 3\+ years of experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles. * Strong understanding of common tech stacks, engineering profiles, and data or AI roles. * Hands\-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and similar platforms. * Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills with candidates and internal teams. * Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple roles at once. * Experience working in startups, SaaS, or tech\-driven environments. * Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools. **Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise** (What would be great for you to have) * Experience recruiting for design or creative roles such as Product, UX/UI, or Brand. * Previous hands\-on experience with development, scripting, or technical projects. * Ability to read code or understand technical documentation when reviewing engineering candidates. * Interest in learning more about modern tech stacks, AI, and data\-driven roles. **Our Benefits \& Perks** * We pay in USD through our platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose * Paid company holidays * Medical, safety, and wellness benefits * Technology benefits * Business English language classes * …and more perks being added each quarter Interested?
