




Summary: Create customer-facing technical documentation for Cloud AI products, including conceptual guides, tutorials, how-to guides, and API documentation, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Customer Engineers. Manage multiple documentation streams in fast-paced product release environments **Role responsibilities:** * Create customer‑facing technical documentation for Cloud AI products, including conceptual guides, tutorials, how‑to guides, and API documentation. * Develop documentation related to **AI / Machine Learning**, such as model training and evaluation, language and vision use cases, and self‑service onboarding processes. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Customer Engineers to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. * Work with **documentation‑as‑code** workflows using Markdown/HTML and Git‑based repositories. * Manage multiple documentation streams in fast‑paced product release environments. **Non‑negotiable requirements:** * **5\+ years of experience as a Technical Writer**. * Experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** (highly desirable). * Experience creating **AI documentation**. * Strong experience with **Documentation as Code**. * Hands‑on experience with **Git / GitHub**. **Work model:** * **Hybrid – On‑site preferred** * Location: **Mexico City (CDMX), Torre Carracci.** Schedule: **8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 (local time)**
