MarTech integration, including Pixels, GTM, and CRMs. Full Stack Web Developer & UI Specialist (Freelance / Project-Based) Key Responsibilities * **Layout and Development:** Build Landing Pages, Corporate Websites, and E-commerce sites from scratch or based on optimized templates, ensuring 100% fidelity to the approved design. * **Technical Optimization (WPO):** Ensure all deliverables meet Google’s **Core Web Vitals** (LCP, FID, CLS) to achieve speed scores above 90/100 in PageSpeed Insights. * **MarTech Integration:** Technical implementation of tracking and marketing tools (Pixels, GTM, CRMs). * **Maintenance and Security:** Ensure site integrity, SSL configuration, and protection against basic attacks. Required Technical Profile (Hard Skills) 1. Coding and CMS Proficiency * **Languages:** Semantic HTML5 (critical for SEO), CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (ES6+). * **CMS:** Expert-level proficiency in **WordPress** (child theme development, advanced use of Elementor Pro/Divi/Oxygen or Gutenberg) and **Shopify** (Liquid is a plus). *This is the most critical filter.
