We are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) operator, currently seeking an **Inventory Manager** to lead and ensure operational control of our warehouses. Position: Inventory Manager Position Objective Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability through proper administration, control, and execution of operational processes, guaranteeing compliance with operational KPIs and standards. Main Responsibilities * Control and administration of physical and system-based inventories * Coordination of cyclic counts and full inventories * Analysis and tracking of discrepancies and incidents * Supervision of goods receipts, dispatches, and movements * Preparation of inventory reports and KPIs * Follow-up on internal and external audits * Coordination with operational departments and clients * Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and best practices Requirements * Minimum 2 years of inventory experience in logistics operations, distribution centers (CEDIS), or 3PL warehouses * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Experience with WMS / ERP systems * Leadership and operational staff management experience * Flexible working hours availability * Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
