DRIVER / GENERAL ASSISTANT

Job Summary: We are seeking a driver and general assistant to transport personnel and materials, conduct purchases, and provide support for various company tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle operation and maintenance for company use 2. Material and procurement management 3. General support across various business tasks \*Previous experience as a driver/assistant is required.\* Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver. · Valid Class "B" driver's license. · Valid \*CERTIFICATE OF NON-CRIMINAL RECORD\* (up-to-date). · All personal documentation must be current and in order. Driver Responsibilities: · Operate company vehicles to transport personnel, materials, supplies, and/or products. · Inspect assigned vehicle for proper condition (fluid levels, tires, cleanliness, documentation). · Adhere to designated routes, schedules, and road safety policies. · Immediately report mechanical failures, incidents, or accidents. · Procure materials while verifying quality and quantity of supplies. · Manage receipts and/or invoices. · Handle financial resources for purchases and fuel refills. · Maintain a valid driver's license and all required documentation. · Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required. General Assistant Responsibilities: . Provide support for various tasks as required by the company. . Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication.
