Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Front End Developer **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work model in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and/or Querétaro** **Requirements** -------------- * More than 5 years of overall software development experience. * More than 3 years of experience working with Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies. * Solid experience with Angular v14\+ and TypeScript. * Experience working with Angular Signals and Standalone Components. * State management expertise using NgRx or Akita. * Advanced knowledge of RxJS. * Experience optimizing DOM rendering and Front End performance. * Experience collaborating with APIs and microservices. * Knowledge of Python and FastAPI. * Experience working with GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS). * Experience using Docker and microservice-based architectures. * Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy is desirable. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and maintain Front End applications using Angular (v14\+) and TypeScript. * Implement reusable components using Angular Standalone Components and Angular Signals. * Manage complex application states using tools such as NgRx or Akita. * Optimize web application performance and DOM rendering. * Collaborate with Back End teams to develop integrations with FastAPI-based APIs and microservices. * Participate in the design and implementation of modern microservice-oriented architectures. * Work in cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Participate in deployments and continuous integration processes using Docker. * Collaborate on technical specifications, documentation, and RFC creation prior to development. * Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of applications. * Take end\-to\-end ownership of features and technical deliverables. * Work under Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary collaboration. **We offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage up to 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
