Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic E-Commerce Manager to grow our brand on marketplaces and our own online store, managing operations, optimization, and sales across Amazon, Shopify, Mercado Libre, and TikTok Shop. Dynamic work environment with a strong results-oriented focus The Blue Formula is a premium wellness and health brand focused on delivering high-value products that help people improve their quality of life. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are looking for an E\-Commerce Manager with strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise, capable of scaling our brand across major marketplaces and our proprietary online store. You will be responsible for the operation, optimization, and growth of our sales on Amazon, Shopify, Mercado Libre, and TikTok Shop. If you are passionate about the digital world, data-driven decision-making, and moving the needle with every action, this is the right opportunity for you. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and optimize our stores on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Mercado Libre, and TikTok Shop * Create, edit, and enhance product listings (copy, images, attributes, internal SEO) to maximize conversion * Monitor key KPIs: sales, average order value, conversion rate, ROAS, reputation, and ratings * Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and campaigns on each platform * Coordinate with logistics to ensure delivery timelines and proper FBA handling * Identify growth opportunities per channel and propose scalable strategies * Handle reviews, customer cases, and customer service within each marketplace * Collaborate closely with the marketing and traffic acquisition teams to align paid campaigns with operational execution * Generate weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations **REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Amazon Seller Central (advanced) * Shopify (store management, apps, back office) * Mercado Libre (Mercado Shops, Mercado Ads) * TikTok Shop (management and optimization) * Management of large-scale inventories and catalogs * Marketplace SEO and product listing optimization * Excel / Google Sheets (data analysis) * Looker Studio / KPI dashboards * Internal campaign management (Amazon PPC, ML Ads) * Review, reputation, and customer service management * Product listing copywriting and editing * Canva / Adobe Express (creative asset adjustments) **ADDITIONAL SKILLS (HIGHLY VALUED)** * Experience with premium or wellness/health brands * Knowledge of CRO and UX applied to e\-commerce * Proficiency with AI tools applied to e\-commerce (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) * Experience coordinating FBA logistics * Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, and TikTok Ads to align with operations * Intermediate / advanced English proficiency **IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience managing e\-commerce and marketplaces * **Analytical mindset:** Makes decisions based on data—not intuition * **Proactive attitude:** Proposes improvements without waiting to be asked * **Multitasking ability:** Capable of managing multiple channels and projects simultaneously * **Clear communication:** Coordinates effectively with internal teams and external vendors * **Market knowledge (MX/USA):** Preferred **WHAT WE OFFER** * Base salary of $30,000 MXN per month * Performance-based salary increases * Dynamic, results-oriented work environment * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company * Hybrid work model: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote.
