Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Senior BI Analyst – Google Cloud **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work arrangement in CDMX and/or Guadalajara** **Requirements** -------------- * Advanced experience in SQL and Google BigQuery. * Solid experience in Looker and Looker Studio. * Advanced knowledge of LookML. * Experience administering data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. * Knowledge of data modeling and query optimization. * Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with stakeholders. * Experience working under agile methodologies. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design, develop, and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Looker and Looker Studio. * Develop advanced data models using LookML. * Create, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries in BigQuery. * Design and administer data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting and analytics. * Analyze large volumes of information to generate business insights. * Optimize query and analytical model performance in cloud environments. * Participate in automation initiatives and continuous improvement of reporting. * Document processes, models, and developments related to analytics and data visualization. **We offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll-based employment scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage of 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
