We are looking for a **Recruiter passionate about talent** and eager to grow. What will you do in this role? As our Recruiter, you will be a key player in attracting talent, responsible for: * **Managing the full recruitment cycle**: From creating and publishing attractive job postings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to communicating offers and negotiating terms. * **Identifying and attracting top talent**: You will screen resumes, conduct preliminary selections, and coordinate initial interviews, ensuring a positive experience for each candidate. * **Thoroughly evaluating candidates**: You will administer psychometric and technical assessments and coordinate interviews with department managers to ensure optimal fit. * **Optimizing our processes**: You will maintain complete candidate documentation, prepare detailed reports on vacancy status, and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) for continuous improvement. * **Generating periodic reports** on the status of selection processes, the number of active vacancies, and candidate flow. * And other responsibilities What are we looking for in you? * **Academic background**: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * **Solid experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection **(Preferably non-mass hiring)**. * **Specialized knowledge**: Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and assessment techniques. * **Platform proficiency**: Experience using recruitment platforms; familiarity with **Pandape** is a plus, and **LinkedIn** is mandatory.
